What changes when I borrow?
Borrowing sends the chosen token to ur wallet and creates debt in the position. u need eligible collateral and must meet the Spoke’s rules. Interest can increase the amount owed after the transaction.
The Borrowable in this Spoke list shows related assets and rates. It is a list of market possibilities, not an approval for ur wallet to borrow any displayed amount. Those cards are informational; use the intended asset’s own Borrow action.
Make a borrow
- Open the Spoke containing the asset u want to borrow and expand that asset’s row.
- Select Borrow. Check the token, Spoke, Hub, and displayed Borrow APY.
- Enter the amount in token units. If the wallet is on another network, use the Switch to button for the selected network first.
- Select Preview transaction and read health factor before and after, plus any error or limit message.
- If u decide to continue, select Confirm borrow in wallet and inspect the wallet request.
- After confirmation, refresh balances. Find the borrowed token in ur wallet and the debt in Portfolio.
Read the resulting position
This explorer prevents confirmation when a returned health-factor result is invalid or at 1 or below. That is a site check, not a promise that every result above 1 will remain out of liquidation.
A preview expires after 60 seconds. Editing the amount, changing the action or collateral choice, or changing wallet context means reviewing again. The market can move between preview and confirmation.
Keep track of the debt
Portfolio shows debt by asset and positions by Spoke. The wallet balance includes tokens u received; it does not subtract what u owe. Read ur debt rather than Protocol borrowed when checking ur own obligation.
To reduce debt, use Repay. To learn the flow before using real funds, follow the local lab’s default supply-and-borrow sequence. The practice amount is not a suggestion for a live position.
