Wallet or network problems

Connect a wallet to transact means the selected identity cannot currently sign. A watched address stays read-only, even if it belongs to u. Connect the intended wallet and verify the header address.

A Switch to network prompt means the connected wallet is on a different chain from the selected market. Not configured under WalletConnect means that connector is unavailable on this site; it is not an error with the address u entered.

An amount must be a positive decimal in token units, such as 0.5. Remove commas, negative signs, or exponent notation. Check both the action-token balance and the network’s gas-token balance in the wallet.

Market restrictions

Inactive, paused, frozen, Supply disabled, and Supply cap reached describe different market conditions. A paused reserve can prevent actions; a frozen reserve prevents new activity. Read the action-specific reason rather than assuming every action is allowed or blocked.

An Active badge is not enough to prove that Supply is available. The supply action also checks settings and capacity. ur own position can impose another limit even when the market has room.

Preview problems

Refresh the preview before confirming means the review expired or no longer matches the request. Return to Preview transaction and inspect the new result.

A health-factor message means the proposed position did not pass the check. Do not keep pressing Confirm. Read the Health factor guide and check which action or amount caused the result.

If the wallet or network changes during the flow, the explorer requires review again. Use one intended account throughout the action.

After an error or missing result

  1. Read the complete error and note which step it refers to.
  2. Check the wallet’s activity and any available transaction receipt. A submitted transaction and a rejected prompt are different states.
  3. Refresh balances when appropriate. An approval can have succeeded before the main action failed.
  4. If the market data failed to load, use Retry; it reloads the page. Keep a note of any amount u had entered.
  5. Do not assume a missing balance proves a transaction failed. Compare the receipt and account before deciding whether another request is needed.

A market status badge. An active market can still have limits or settings that prevent a particular action.

Allowance

The amount of a token that a specified contract is permitted to spend from an account. An existing allowance may remain after a later action fails.

Gas

The work needed to process a blockchain transaction. Fees use ETH on Ethereum and OP Mainnet, or AVAX on Avalanche, separately from the action token.

Health factorHealth-factor

A comparison of counted collateral to debt. Below 1, a position can be liquidated. Prices and interest can change this number.

Not configured

An account's supplied assets and debt within a market. One account can have separate positions in multiple Spokes.

Preview transaction

Checks the proposed action and shows its estimated effect before the main transaction is sent.

Refresh balances

Reloads the explorer to request current data. A recent transaction may take time to appear in indexed balances.

Reserve

An asset's market configuration and accounting within a Spoke. Its settings can restrict which actions are available.

Retry

Reloads the page after a data error. It does not automatically repeat a wallet transaction.

Supplied balance

Tokens already placed into a market. They must be withdrawn before they become available in the wallet again.

Supply

Moves the chosen token from ur wallet into the selected market after the transaction confirms.

Supply cap reached

Supply has reached the configured limit, leaving no room for additional supply under that cap.

Supply disabled

The route's settings currently prevent a new supply.

TokenTokens

A digital asset recorded on a blockchain. Check the specific asset and network before entering an amount.

Token units

An amount of the token itself, such as 10 USDC or 0.5 WETH, rather than its estimated dollar value.

Transaction receipt

The blockchain record of a processed transaction, including whether execution succeeded or failed.
